Terms of Use for the SkyShowtime Service

 

The SkyShowtime service enables on-demand content viewing and includes a catalog of films and series, featuring a large library of blockbuster movies, exclusive series, and classics (“SkyShowtime Service”). The content is fully localized with subtitles and dubbing for children’s programming. The SkyShowtime Service may include advertising messages (commercials) and other promotional content placed by the company providing the SkyShowtime Service. 


Devices


The SkyShowtime Service is available for computers, smartphones, tablets, and TV devices, and is supported on Android and iOS operating systems. The SkyShowtime Service is enabled for 1 stream and on up to 5 devices.


Terms of Service

  • You may activate the SkyShowtime Service through the Yettel app or the web portal.
  • An internet connection is required to access the SkyShowtime application.
  • Before registration, you are required to review the terms of use of the SkyShowtime Service on the SkyShowtime website.
  • The monthly fee for using the SkyShowtime Service is governed by the Price List published on the website yettel.rs for Yettel Serbia customers.
  • The SkyShowtime Service is available exclusively within the territory of the Republic of Serbia.
  • Yettel reserves the right, for the purpose of troubleshooting, maintenance, construction, or due to overload of application usage, to temporarily partially or fully suspend or reduce the quality of application usage.
  • Yettel may contact the customer regarding the activation and registration of the SkyShowtime Service and for providing related information.
  • If you change your tariff plan or, for any other reason (such as failure to pay monthly bills, deactivation of your number, etc.), become unable to continue using the same, the SkyShowtime Service will be disabled.
  • The SkyShowtime Service is available to all individual users of Yettel mobile service and Yettel TV service (except for users of the Yettel TV M package, with or without a contractual obligation) through the Yettel app or web portal.
  • If you are a user of the Net TV Premium, Yettel kod Kuće L, Yettel Sve L, or Hipernet Trio L package, you may activate the SkyShowtime Service through the Yettel app without any additional charge.
  • If you are a Yettel TV tariff user, in addition to SkyShowtime content on the app, you also receive two additional TV channels: SkyShowtime 1 and SkyShowtime 2.
  • If you are a Yettel mobile service user, you may select the SkyShowtime Service as an add-on through the Yettel app or web portal. You may use it without additional charge if this is included under the terms of your tariff plan; otherwise, the SkyShowtime Service is available for activation as a tariff add-on at a monthly price set forth in Yettel’s applicable Price List. Prepaid mobile service customers shall pay a fee for a period of 30 days from the date of activation of the service.
  • The activated add-on automatically renews every month, and you may cancel it at any time via the Yettel app or web portal.

Liability and Use of the SkyShowtime Service:

  • Yettel shall not provide any information about its users to the company SkyShowtime.
  • The SkyShowtime terms of use, including those applicable to the application, are available on the portal of the owner of the SkyShowtime Service, SkyShowtime.rs, and the user is required to agree to them upon activation.
  • The owner bears full responsibility for the operation of the SkyShowtime Service, including advertisements.
  • The data exchanged by the customer through the SkyShowtime Service with advertisements are the sole responsibility of the customer.


Transitional Provision


A customer who began using the SkyShowtime Service prior to the entry into force of these Terms of Use, in a version that did not contain advertising messages or other promotional content, shall continue to use that version of the SkyShowtime Service after these Terms enter into force. If the customer deactivates such service, or if Yettel deactivates it due to user fault, or if there is a change in the tariff plan, upon the next activation of the service, only the version of the SkyShowtime Service containing advertising messages will be available to the customer.


Final Provision


These Terms of Use are published on Yettel’s website and take effect on January 27, 2026.
