E-bill terms of use

By activating the service for receiving Yettel bills exclusively digitally, you choose to receive bills without a paper version. The service is available to all private users of individual contracts.
In the case of ownership transfer, the service status is not transferred, and the new owner must re-disable the paper bill unless otherwise defined in the contract.

The inability to access the Yettel application or personal computer, i.e., the digital version of the Yettel bill, if it has also been sent to the specified email address, does not postpone the obligation to pay the bill by the due date.

Deactivation of the service for sending the monthly bill in electronic version is possible in the same month in which the application was made. During one month, it is possible to disable the paper bill once and enable the paper bill once. All changes made from midnight on the last day of the month apply to the following month.

Conditions for electronic payment:

  • You can pay subscription bills for individuals online without a fee through online transactions.
  • The use of the following payment cards is enabled: Visa Card, MasterCard, Maestro, Dina, and American Express.
  • After the payment is made, the specification of the paid electronic bill and its amount cannot be changed.
  • After the payment has been made, it is not possible to cancel the payment of the selected bill and reverse the charged amount.
  • The user can send all complaints regarding the payment of the electronic bill to the email address webshop@yettel.rs.
  • Yettel Serbia fully disclaims any responsibility for damages that may occur to the User and/or third parties due to unauthorized or unlawful use of the payment card or any abuse thereof (stolen payment card, use of the payment card without the owner's knowledge, etc.). In the mentioned case, Yettel Serbia will not refund the paid funds.
  • Yettel Serbia is not responsible for the interruption of the internet connection or the unavailability of payment card processors.
  • Yettel Serbia will, in accordance with applicable legal regulations, take all available measures to protect the User's data, as well as the data on the payment of bills. The provided data will be considered a business secret and will be available only to employees who need this data to perform their work. Yettel Serbia will not use the provided data about the User for the purpose of delivering advertising notifications from itself and/or third parties, except in cases where the User has given explicit consent for the same.
