Terms of Service of the Yettel Pay service

The Yettel Pay service is provided by Yettel d.o.o. Belgrade, Omladinskih brigada 90, 11070 Novi Beograd (“Yettel” or “We”).

By using the Yettel Pay service, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

I. Service Description

The Yettel Pay service enables you to pay your postpaid mobile subscription safely, quickly, and easily, as well as to make payments for other products or services for which the use of the Yettel Pay service has been enabled.

Within Yettel Pay, you may pay one or all of your Yettel bills, either as a one-time payment or automatically. Automatic bill payment allows your Yettel bills to be paid automatically by selecting the 5th, 10th, or 15th day of the month, along with saving your card, and you will receive confirmation by email or SMS.

II. Activation and Use of the Yettel Pay Service

To use the Yettel Pay service, you must have a Yettel account.

Activating a Yettel Account for Access to Yettel Pay

Activating a Yettel Account is simple and provides access to many Yettel services, including Yettel Pay. To create a Yettel Account, you must have a valid email address or mobile phone number in order for the validation process to be successfully completed.

Adding Cards to Yettel Pay

After creating a Yettel Account, you gain access to the Yettel Pay service, where you can add one or more payment cards for paying for our products and services.

Yettel Pay is always available at Yettel.rs/placanja.

Protecting Confidential Transaction Data

When entering your payment card information, confidential data is transmitted over the public network in encrypted form using the SSL protocol and the PKI system, which represent the most advanced cryptographic technologies currently available.

Transaction security during payment is guaranteed by the payment card processor (Corvus), and the entire payment process is carried out on the bank’s secure pages. We do not store your payment card data, nor is it contained in our system. In addition, during the purchase process, payment card data is not available to our system but only to the payment card processor (Corvus) for VISA, MasterCard, Maestro, Dina, and American Express cards.

Deactivating the Service

If you want to stop using the Yettel Pay service, you can deactivate it at any time. All you need to do is go to your Yettel Pay account at yettel.rs/placanja and remove all added cards, and then, in your Yettel account under My Linked Apps, click the “Unlink” button next to the Yettel Pay service.

Notices

In the event of a refund, whether partial or full and regardless of the reason, Yettel Pay will make the refund exclusively through VISA, EC/MC, Maestro, and DinaCard payment methods, which means that the bank will, at our request, refund the funds to the payment card user’s account.

All payments will be made in the local currency of the Republic of Serbia – dinar (RSD). For an informational display of prices in other currencies, the exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia is used. The amount charged to your payment card will be expressed in the local currency through conversion at the rate used by the card organizations/your issuing bank, which cannot be known to us at the time of the transaction. As a result of this conversion, there may be a slight difference between the original price stated on our website and the one displayed on your bank statement. Thank you for your understanding.

Yettel reserves the right to occasionally send information about future changes related to the Yettel Pay service, as well as messages of commercial content, to the email address indicated during registration or to the mobile phone number, if appropriate consent has been previously given.

III. Final Provisions

Yettel reserves the right to change the content and Terms of Service of the Yettel Pay service, of which you will be informed through our official website Yettel.rs.

If we amend or supplement the Terms, a notice and the updated version of the Terms will be published on the official website at Yettel.rs.
