Eco Bonus

Join us in protecting the environment. Let’s recycle as much plastic and paper waste as possible together every month. Based on publicly available data from the Environmental Protection Agency (Waste Management in the Republic of Serbia in the period 2011–2022) and the Statistical Office of the Republic of Serbia (Estimated population, 2021, as of 01/07/2022), it is estimated that, on average, one resident of the Republic of Serbia generates 5.7 kg of plastic waste and 2.6 kg of paper/cardboard waste per month.

Eco Bonus is a new tariff add-on/digital service in the Yettel offer. By activating it, you also contribute to environmental protection.

  • When you activate Eco Bonus, the waste management operator - Hamburger Recycling Center, will collect and recycle 2.6 kg of waste paper/cardboard and 5.7 kg of waste plastic each month on your behalf, for as long as the service remains active.
  • You can use Eco Bonus as part of the digital services available to you at no additional charge within your plan.
  • If you have already used all apps available at no additional charge, you can activate this service separately at a price of RSD 168 per month. You can choose which service you will use within the digital services available at no additional charge, and there is also an option to replace existing ones.
  • You can see how much has been recycled for you as of the previous month in the Yettel app.

Note
  • You can activate and deactivate Eco Bonus each month via the Yettel app.
  • If you activate and deactivate the service within the same month, the recycled amount for that month will not appear in the app, as the calculation is performed on the first day of the following month.

Terms of Use
  • You can activate the add-on via the Yettel app
  • An Internet connection is required to access the app
  • We recommend that you review the Terms of Use before activation.

Tariff add-on
  • Activation of Eco Bonus is available as a tariff add-on at a price of RSD 168 for all Customers who have used the option of free activation.
  • Eco Bonus is available to all Customers via the Yettel app.
  • The activated add-on is automatically renewed each month, and you can cancel it at any time via the Yettel app.

Prepaid Customers
  • For prepaid Customers, activation of Eco Bonus is possible only as an add-on at a price of RSD 168.
  • Deactivation of the digital service takes effect 30 days after the deactivation request is submitted, and the request is forwarded immediately after clicking Deactivate.
  • All prices include VAT.
