Yettel Sve discount on linked number - terms of use of the promotion

The amount of the discount that the Subscriber receives is determined by looking at the table below, depending on the tariff package used and the serial number of the connection.

The service based on the Yettel Sve contract must be provided with a tariff package that is suitable for obtaining a discount within the contract. The list of suitable tariff packages is given in the table below. 

The contract must be concluded with a minimum subscription period (contractual obligation).

The subscriber's discount is canceled:

• if the service provided under the contract is partially suspended;
• if the service provided under the Yettel Sve contract is partially suspended;
• if the minimum duration of the contractual obligation based on the contract has expired or has been terminated for some other reason;
• if the contractual obligation based on the Yettel Sve contract has expired or terminated for some other reason, and no new one has been established;
• if the contract is assigned to a third party;
• if the Yettel Sve Agreement terminates by termination or otherwise
• at the request of the user from the Yettel Sve contract;

If the discount was canceled due to one of the reasons listed under point 4, the discount will not be calculated for the entire month in which the reason for cancellation occurred

If, due to the termination of the contract or another reason, the Subscriber is obliged to compensate the Operator for damages in connection with the termination, the amount of damages shall include the discount obtained on the basis of these terms of use.
