Liability and use of the Unlimited Social Media add-on


  • For all data and information published on the Instagram, Facebook, X, WhatsApp, and Viber social media platforms, sole responsibility lies with Meta Platforms Inc., Rakuten Inc., and X Corp., which are the owners of the Instagram, Facebook, X, WhatsApp, and Viber services (web and mobile sites, messengers, applications);
  • Yettel d.o.o. will not provide any information about its Customers to Meta Platforms Inc., Rakuten Inc., or X Corp.;
  • The Terms of Use of the listed Apps, including the app itself, are available on the service owner’s portal:

    https://help.instagram.com/478745558852511  and upon activation, the Customer is obliged to review and accept them;
  • The owner is solely responsible for the operation of the Apps;
  • Data exchanged by the Customer via the app is the sole responsibility of the Customer;
 

Terms of Use

  • In order for the Customer to access Unlimited Social Media (hereinafter: the App), the Customer must be connected to the Internet;
  • Prior to registration, Customers will review the Terms of Use available at:

    and upon activation are obliged to accept them;
  • Data roaming traffic will not be provided for use of the App and will be charged according to the applicable tariff;
  • Internet traffic may be activated regardless of the tariff plan used, provided that Internet traffic is enabled;
  • The activation price is governed by the Price List published on the yettel.rs website for Yettel Serbia Customers;
  • Customers (individuals) will be able to activate Unlimited Social Media as an add-on via the Yettel app or the web portal;
  • Yettel bears no liability if mobile data is charged if the Customer uses any form of access without having previously activated the App properly;
  • If you leave the Instagram, X, Facebook, WhatsApp, or Viber environment, mobile data will be charged according to the standard tariff.
  • Mobile data means the continuous flow of data traffic required for active use of the App;
  • Yettel reserves the right, for the purpose of troubleshooting, maintenance, construction, or due to overload of App usage, to temporarily partially or fully suspend or reduce the quality of App usage;
  • If the Customer accesses the App via another network (Wi-Fi, ADSL, mobile data of another provider, cable Internet, etc.), Yettel will not provide additional mobile data for this service;
  • If the Customer views Instagram, X, Facebook, WhatsApp, or Viber content via external websites, mobile data is deducted from the data allowance assigned to this App;
  • If the Customer opens external links (content) via Instagram, X, Facebook, WhatsApp, or Viber, mobile data is charged according to the standard tariff;
  • Calls made via the WhatsApp app (WhatsApp VoIP) are not included in the free mobile data for this service. Calls made via the Messenger app are not included in the free mobile data for this service. Calls made via the Instagram app are not included in the free mobile data for this service. Calls made via the Viber app are not included in the free mobile data for this service.
  • Exchange of Instagram, X, Facebook, WhatsApp, and Viber messages is not guaranteed and may result in use of assigned mobile data outside the free mobile data allocated for this service.
  • Yettel may contact the Customer regarding activation, registration of the App, and provision of information about it.
