Deezer Music App Terms of Use


Deezer Music refers to the App under the Deezer brand, which is owned by Deezer SA. More details are available at www.deezer.com. The App is available in accordance with the Terms of Use for which Deezer SA is responsible.


The App allows you to listen to music online and offline from a catalog of over 56 million tracks from international, local, and regional catalogs. The service is available in Serbian and English.


Customers can use the service through the following channels:

  • Yettel TV
  • Deezer website
  • Deezer mobile app

The Deezer app supports the following operating systems: https://www.deezer.com/devices

  • The Deezer TV app can be downloaded from the following websites/stores: Deezer website, Google Play, iTunes, Windows Phone Market, BB Market.
  • The Deezer app is preinstalled on the Hipernet TV platform; you need to go to the EXTRA section and log in using your activation credentials.
  • The web app, mobile app, and TV app are synchronized, so any playlists created or content downloaded by the Customer is synchronized across devices (PC, mobile, tablet, TV).
  • Deezer Music refers to the App under the Deezer brand, which is owned by Deezer SA. More details are available at www.deezer.com. The App is available in accordance with the Terms of Use for which Deezer SA is responsible.
  • To use the service on your TV device, an Internet connection is required.
  • Information regarding supported devices, their number, and simultaneous usage is specified on the Yettel website. Deezer Music data traffic refers to data streaming while using the Deezer App. Content and functionalities published, posted, or managed by third parties within the App (certain registration components, search, playlists, artist images or video clips, Facebook sharing) are the responsibility of Deezer SA.

Devices

  • Deezer SA is available on computers, smartphones, tablets, and TV devices. The list of devices that support the service is available at https://www.deezer.com/rs/devices.
  • Deezer SA is responsible for the App itself, its content, as well as the apps and devices that support it.
  • After registration and creation of a Deezer account, Deezer Music is also available via the web/Internet (Wi-Fi, ADSL, etc.). In such cases, acceptance of Internet-related terms of use is the sole responsibility of the Customer.
  • Information regarding supported devices, their number, and simultaneous usage is specified on the Yettel website. Deezer Music data traffic refers to data streaming while using the Deezer App. Content and functionalities published, posted, or managed by third parties within the App (certain registration components, search, playlists, artist images or video clips, Facebook sharing) are the responsibility of Deezer SA.
  • Yettel may contact the Customer regarding activation, registration of the App, and providing information about it.

Use of the Deezer Music service

  • During use of Deezer Music, the applicable data traffic is streaming traffic. Streaming technology is a data stream that generates continuous data flow during use of the App (listening to music). Content and functionalities published, posted, or managed by third parties within the App (certain registration components, podcast listening, search, playlists, artist images or video clips, Facebook sharing) are the responsibility of Deezer SA.
  • Using Deezer Music via streaming may generate intensive data traffic.
  • The App provides access to the music service called Deezer Music, for which Deezer SA is responsible.
  • When the App subscription is canceled, the right of access is terminated and the Customer’s account is suspended. In accordance with Deezer SA Terms of Use, the Customer’s account may be reactivated if the Customer subscribes to the App again.

Personal data

  • To complete registration on Deezer, the Customer enters only the activation code provided by Yettel in the Yettel app.
  • When creating a Deezer account, the Customer enters the activation code, email address, password, username, date of birth, and gender. All information related to personal data is available at https://www.deezer.com/sr/legal/personal-datas.php

Liability

  • The Deezer App, as well as apps bearing the Deezer name, are owned by Deezer SA, which is solely responsible for their content and quality in accordance with the Terms of Use accepted by the Customer upon App activation.
  • The add-on, based on monthly billing for the service, enables access to legal music under the “Deezer” brand, owned by Deezer SAS (108 Rue de Richelieu, 75002 Paris, France) and its subsidiaries or affiliates, primarily via the operator’s network (Yettel).

Yettel is not responsible for and cannot influence any changes to the Deezer Music service app, music content, new service functionalities, or similar. In the event of changes to the terms for providing the Deezer Music service, you will be notified in a timely manner in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions.


 

No additional charge within the tariff plan

 
  • If you are a Customer on the Net TV Premium, Yettel kod Kuće L, Yettel Sve L, or Hipernet Trio L tariff plan, you can choose Deezer within the Yettel app as an add-on that you can use at no additional charge within your plan.
  • Registration and activation of the Deezer account itself are solely the responsibility of the Customer. You can follow the registration process in the Yettel app. You need to open the Yettel app, select your Hipernet subscription, then go to the Digital Television – TV services, channels, and add-ons section, choose Add and activate, and then select the service you want to activate.
  • If you change your tariff plan or for any other reason (non-payment of monthly bills, number deactivation, etc.) are no longer able to use it, the Deezer Music service will be disabled.
 
 

Note:

  • In accordance with the new data protection law - GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), new regulations regarding password creation and age restrictions for service use apply: The password must contain at least 8 characters and must include: 1 uppercase letter, 1 lowercase letter, 1 special character, and 1 number. The service may be used only by persons over 16 years of age.
  • If you use Deezer, activated via a TV tariff plan, on your mobile device, the service will use mobile data from your tariff plan.
  • As of 16/09/2024, on the Yettel Start, Yettel Start +, Yettel Surf, Yettel 6, Yettel 20, Yettel 50, Yettel 100, Yettel Mobile M, Yettel Mobile L, as well as on new tariff plans, activation of the App does not include an additional 10 GB of mobile data for use of this App.
