About the HBO Max App and TV channels


Max and HBO TV is a product that includes an on-demand content viewing service and 5 TV channels. The on-demand content viewing service includes app, web, mobile, and TV versions (hereinafter: the App) that provide access to the HBO Max streaming platform, which for the first time brings together in one place the best stories from Warner Bros., HBO, DC, and Cartoon Network productions, and much more.


The HBO Max service is available on Android and iOS operating systems. The TV channels available as part of the product are: HBO, HBO 2, HBO 3, Cinemax, and Cinemax 2.



Terms of Use

  • To access the App, the Customer must be connected to the Internet;
  • Prior to registering the App, Customers will review the App Terms of Use on the HBO Max website.
  • Customers will be able to activate the App via the Yettel app;
  • Yettel bears no liability if mobile data is charged in cases where the Customer uses any form of access without having previously activated the App properly;
  • If you leave the HBO Max environment, mobile data will be charged according to the standard tariff;
  • Internet traffic means the continuous flow of data traffic required for active use of the App;
  • Yettel reserves the right, for the purpose of troubleshooting, maintenance, construction, or due to App usage overload, to temporarily partially or fully suspend or reduce the quality of App usage;
  • If the Customer accesses the App via another network (Wi-Fi, ADSL, mobile data of another provider, cable Internet, etc.), Yettel will not provide additional Internet traffic for this service;
  • Yettel may contact the Customer regarding activation, registration, and the provision of information about the App.

No additional charge within the tariff plan

  • If you are a Customer on the Yettel kod Kuće L, Yettel Sve L, Hipernet Trio L, or Net TV Premium plan, you can choose Max and HBO TV within the Yettel app as an add-on that you can use at no additional charge within your plan.
  • Registration and activation of the Max and HBO TV account itself are solely the responsibility of the Customer. You can follow the registration process in the Yettel app; use of this service is possible exclusively on the Yettel TV platform. You need to open the Yettel app, select the Yettel kod Kuće subscription, then go to the Digital Television – TV services, channels, and add-ons section, choose Add and activate, and then select the service you want to activate.
  • If you change your plan or for any other reason (non-payment of monthly bills, number deactivation, etc.) are no longer able to use it, the Max and HBO TV service will be disabled.

Liability and use of the HBO Max App:

  • Yettel d.o.o. will not provide any information about its Customers to HBO;
  • The Terms of Use of Max and HBO TV, including the app, are available on the App owner’s portal at https://www.max.com/terms-of-use/sr-emea, and upon activation, the Customer is obliged to review and accept them.
  • The owner is fully responsible for the operation of the App itself;
  • Data exchanged by the Customer via the App is the sole responsibility of the Customer;
