Terms of use of the Western Balkan roaming add-on 1 GB 7 days

The Western Balkans 1 GB 7 days roaming add-on is valid on all networks in Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina, North Macedonia, Albania, and AP Kosovo and Metohija.

The add-on includes 1 GB of internet traffic, valid for 7 days (168 hours) from the moment of activation.

You can activate the add-on in any of the following ways:

• via the Yettel app
• by dialing the USSD code *135*1#
• via the Business Portal (for legal entities)
• by calling the Call Center
• at a Yettel shop

If you use the entire quota of 1 GB of Internet traffic before the time validity of the add-on expires (168h from the moment of activation), further Internet use will be enabled in accordance with the conditions valid under the "Roaming like at home" model. If the user has already used up the Internet traffic quota for the Western Balkans that he has within his tariff package, the use of the Internet will be disabled.

Deactivation of this add-on is possible by calling *135*21# for free.

You can activate the add-on multiple times, and the allocated traffic is added up and valid for 168 hours from the moment of the last add-on activation.

After the add-on expires, regardless of whether you have used the 1 GB quota or not, Internet roaming traffic is charged according to the conditions applicable under the "Roaming like at home" model.

If you have an active Western Balkans 1 GB 7-day add-on and you travel to a country that is not covered by this add-on, roaming internet traffic is charged according to the roaming tariff that is active on the number.
