Yettel TV App – Terms of Service and Minimum Technical Requirements
The Yettel TV app for mobile devices can only be used by users who have an active Yettel TV subscription.
1. WEB TV platform
The WEB TV platform is available on Linux, Windows, and Mac OS operating systems on all browsers whose market share is greater than 10%, provided that the respective operating system allows viewing of TV content.
The Web TV platform is available via the following browsers:
- Chrome*
- FireFox
- Safari (Mac)
- Edge (PC)
Since all browsers support automatic updates, optimal use is supported on the latest browser versions, although the application will also be available on earlier versions.

Minimum technical requirements / OS versions as well as browser versions are subject to change and become obsolete over time, i.e. cease to be supported. In this regard, Yettel will periodically update the tables of supported devices, technical requirements, and browser versions.
*As of 02.11.2024, Google Chrome is not supported on Windows 7 and Windows 8 operating systems. This applies to version 109.x.
2. Android/iOS App for Mobile Devices
The mobile application is available for Android and iOS operating systems under the following rules:
- Optimal use of the application on iOS mobile devices is supported on the current and the previous two (2) versions of the OS.
- Optimal use of the application on Android mobile devices is supported on the current and the previous two (2) versions of the OS.
3. Smart TV devices
If you use a supported LG Smart TV or Android TV device, you can install the Yettel TV application and enjoy superior digital television whenever you want. See the list of supported devices below:
