All calls made to the numbers of mobile and landline operators that provide their services in the Western Balkans region (more precisely: all calls made to the area codes +381, +382, +383, +387, +389 and +355) are regulated calls and are charged in the same way as in domestic traffic, except for packages with a different unit price for calls to the Yettel network and to other networks in domestic traffic, for which regulated calls are subject to the price that applies to calls to other networks in domestic traffic.

After all Internet traffic specified in the Tariff Package Description or at the above Internet address has been consumed, further Internet use will be disabled in order to protect the user from overcharging. Users who need additional Internet traffic can activate the Western Balkans 1GB roaming add-on for 7 days at a price of 499 RSD.
The mentioned add-ons for Internet traffic have priority in consumption in relation to traffic from the tariff package.
Prepaid users will be able to use internet traffic in the Western Balkans region only if they activate a tariff supplement for internet traffic while they are in the Yettel Serbia network, or a tariff supplement Western Balkans 1GB for 7 days if they are in any other network.
In accordance with RATEL's Decision on lowering the prices of roaming services in the territory of the Western Balkans, the amount of internet traffic in the territory of the Western Balkans is subject to changes every January 1.
Users have the right to use traffic from those tariff add-ons that they activated while they were in the Yettel Serbia network under the same conditions as domestic traffic. Exceptions to this rule are:
Prepaid users who receive customized personalized offers can use the traffic from those offers only in the Yettel Serbia network.
Tariff supplements that are not listed in the link, which postpaid users receive as part of personalized offers, do not apply in the countries of the Western Balkans.
Roaming add-on Europe 1GB 7 days and Europe 3GB 15 days are not valid in the Western Balkan region.
Roaming add-ons Europe 25 minutes 7 days, Europe 50 minutes 15 days are not valid for regulated calls made in the networks of operators that provide their services in the Western Balkans region, but are valid for calls to third destinations outside the Western Balkans region.
