Bookmate Terms of Use


Short description of the App


Bookmate is the mobile version of the application (hereinafter: the App) that provides access to Bookmate content. The Bookmate app offers its Subscribers the ability to read e-books as well as listen to audiobooks from a library of over one million titles, which can be accessed at any time, whenever the Customer chooses.

The Bookmate app is available on Android and iOS operating systems, as well as on the web.
 
Yettel grants all postpaid and prepaid Customers who are individuals, as well as postpaid business Customers, in the territory of Serbia (hereinafter: Customers), 10 GB of Internet traffic on a monthly basis, starting from the activation of the Bookmate app, intended exclusively for use in domestic traffic.
 

Terms of Use

  • To access the App, the Customer must be connected to the Internet; 
  • Prior to registering the App, Customers will familiarize themselves with the Terms of Use of the App within the Bookmate app;
  • Data roaming traffic will not be provided and will be charged according to the applicable tariff;
  • Internet traffic may be activated regardless of the tariff plan used, provided that Internet traffic is enabled;
  • The App activation price is governed by the Price List published on the yettel.rs website for Yettel Serbia Customers;
  • Customers will be able to activate the App via the Yettel app or the web/Business portal;
  • Yettel bears no liability if Internet traffic is charged in cases where the Customer uses any form of access without having previously activated the App properly;
  • If you leave the Bookmate environment, Internet traffic will be charged according to the standard tariff;
  • Internet traffic means the continuous flow of data traffic required for active use of the App;
  • Yettel reserves the right, for the purpose of troubleshooting, maintenance, construction, or due to App usage overload, to temporarily partially or fully suspend or reduce the quality of App usage;
  • If the Customer accesses the App via another network (Wi-Fi, ADSL, mobile data of another provider, cable Internet, etc.), Yettel will not provide additional Internet traffic for this service;
  • Yettel may contact the Customer regarding activation, registration, and the provision of information about the App.

 

Tariff add-on

 
Customers will be able to activate the add-on via the Yettel app or the web/Business portal.
 
The Bookmate tariff add-on is charged in the amount of RSD 599 per month, VAT included.
 


Total, Play, and Premium plans



If you are a Customer of the Play Plus, Total 2, Total 4, Total 8, Total 15, Total 30, or Premium plans, you can choose Bookmate within the Yettel app or the Yettel portal as an add-on that you can use at no additional charge within the plan, with 10 GB of Internet traffic for use of this App.

Bookmate is also available at no additional charge on certain Play plans.

Biznis Total and Moja Firma Total plans


If you are a Customer of the Biznis Total 15, Biznis Total 25, Biznis Total 100, Moja Firma Total 2, Moja Firma Total 4, Moja Firma Total 8, Moja Firma Total 12, or Moja Firma Total Platinum tariff plan, you can choose Bookmate within the Yettel app or the Business portal as an add-on that you can use at no additional charge within the plan, with 10 GB of Internet traffic for use of this App.
 

Liability and use of the Bookmate app:


  • Yettel d.o.o. will not provide Bookmate Ltd. with Customers’ personal data;
  • The Bookmate Terms of Use, including the app, are provided within the owner’s app, and upon activation the Customer is obliged to review and accept them;
  • Yettel is responsible only for Internet traffic used to access the App;
  • The owner is fully responsible for the operation of the App itself;
  • Data exchanged by the Customer via the App is the sole responsibility of the Customer;
  • Yettel is not responsible for traffic charges if configuration changes occur on the Bookmate app side, which are under the exclusive authority of the owner.

* Internet traffic is intended for use of the Bookmate app in domestic traffic. Yettel reserves the right to limit Internet traffic for use of the Bookmate service in order to enable all Customers to use this App under optimal conditions.
 

Note:


As of 16/09/2024, on the Yettel Start, Yettel Start +, Yettel Surf, Yettel 6, Yettel 20, Yettel 50, Yettel 100, Yettel Mobile M, and Yettel Mobile L tariff plans, as well as on new tariff plans, activation of the App does not include an additional 10 GB of Internet traffic for use of this App.
