The provider's services include SMS, MMS and WAP services with additional value, that is, services that add a premium value to basic services (a price that differs from the standard price of SMS or MMS).
They are implemented through short (four-digit) numbers, and the request for service is made either by sending a message to a specific short number or with the written consent of the user (eg when purchasing a product or service).
The provider's services are basically the services of Yettel partners, i.e. the providers, they are located on their servers and platforms and the providers are solely responsible for their content, prices, advertising, complaints, etc.
We can divide the provider's services by type of payment into:
- Payment made immediately after sending a message to a short number (outgoing message)
- The payment that is made after the delivery of the requested content to the mobile phone (by incoming message), which consists of two parts:
- the price of an SMS message by which end users send a request to order CPA services in the amount of 3.99 dinars including tax and depending on the type of traffic: national, international and roaming traffic or the price of an MMS message by which end users send a request to order CPA services and according to the tariff package of the end user + related taxes and depending on the type of traffic: national, international and roaming traffic.
- service prices determined by the provider + VAT.
Also, the provider's services can be divided according to the type of purchase/subscription:
- Disposable
- Subscriptions
The provider is obliged not to charge the end user for a message informing the end user that the ordered service: does not exist, that the existing service was incorrectly ordered, that the end user has no money in the account (prepaid user) or is suspended (postpaid user) or in the case of using the service with the keyword "STOP" to stop subscription services.
