Yettel device insurance

 

If your phone, tablet, modem or mifi device gets damaged, you don't have to worry, because now you have the option to insure all these mobile devices bought at Yettel.


Yettel, in cooperation with the Triglav insurance company, offers all postpaid users insurance for mobile phones, tablets, modems and MiFi devices. The insurance is valid in all countries, and you choose which insurance coverage you want to protect your devices with.


The standard package covers most cases of theft, unauthorized calls and provides an extended warranty. For more information visit general conditions for insurance of mobile equipment and notice of pre-contractual information.


You pay the monthly premium through your monthly Yettel account, and the exact amount of the insurance price and participation in damages depends on the original purchase value of the device.

The original price of the device: up to 35 000 RSD
Participation in damages: 2 350 RSD

249 RSD/monthly

The original price of the device: up to 65 000 RSD 
Participation in damages: 4 700 RSD

The original price of the device: up to 90 000 RSD 
Participation in damages: 5 875 RSD

Prices are shown in dinars with VAT included.

Only mobile phones, tablets, modems, routers, and MiFi devices purchased from Yettel can be insured.

The policy can be concluded without contractual obligation with Yettel within 30 days from the date of purchase of the device.

What should I do if my insured device is damaged?

 
  • If damage occurs to the insured device, first report the damage by calling  he number +381800/301-117 every working day between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m.
  • After reporting the damage, take the damaged device to the nearest Yettel store for servicing. A maximum of 14 days later the repaired or replaced device will be ready for collection at the Yettel store.
  • When picking up the device at the store, the only amount you pay is the amount of participation in the damage that was defined when taking out the policy.
 

What is not covered by insurance?

 
Standard package

Damages:
  • Aesthetic damage that does not affect the working condition of the device
  • Battery deterioration
  • Damage caused by unauthorized interventions
  • Damage caused by carelessness or illegal behavior while driving or operating a machine or vehicle
  • Insurance coverage for accessories supplied or used with the device
  • Damage caused by a person under the age of 14

    Package name change notification

     

    We inform you that from 04.10.2021. change the name of the tariff package for device insurance. The tariff package "Premijum" will be called the tariff package "Standard" from the specified date.
