Short code dialing is a service which enables assignment or choice of private numeration within a company. Calls within group can be initiated by dialing only assigned short code.
Outgoing calls restriction is a service which enables different restrictions on outgoing calls:
1. Restriction of all outgoing calls within group
2. Restriction of outgoing calls to international destinations
3. Time profile „Working hours“ with possibility to define different restrictions within and outside working hours (predefined Monday-Friday 8 to 18 hours, with possibility to switch to needed interval)
Incoming calls restriction enables of incoming calls to be restrict to group members per several profiles:
1. Restricted incoming calls from numbers outside closed (VPN) group
2. Restricted incoming calls from international destinations
3. Restricted incoming calls outside defined Working hours
Restrictions can be assigned on a subscriber or a group level. Within one closed group it is possible to define several groups with different restrictions on outgoing calls.
Number presentation enables to VPN group member to present his number when calling other numbers on a special, chosen way, even as a short code. This number can be called-back.
Advanced Call Distribution/Hunting group is a service which enables existence of special group of numbers within VPN which are „hidden“ behind one special number, which is a kind of a mobile call center. When such a number is connected to group of employees’ numbers, one of group users can be contacted with ma Hunting group mechanism. If one number in a group doesn’t respond to a call, it is immediately forwarded to other number within that group, or to an alternative destination such as operator or phone switch.
Fixed lines within closed group give for Telenor business customers a possibility to include in the VPN group certain number of fixed lines. Calls to those lines in group are charged 2,28 RSD per minute (VAT included). Calls from those fixed lines are charged per fixed telephony pricelist. Following pattern is applied when including fixed lines in VPN group:
- For 20 mobile lines – 2 fixed lines
- For 50 mobile lines – 5 fixed lines
- For 100 mobile lines – 10 fixed lines
- For 300 i mobile lines a – 15 fixed lines
