By using the form, which is below the text, you can send us an application or request relating to the activation /deactivation of a service. You can also use the form if you need additional information about our offers.

Phone number or contract number owners *enter the phone number in the format 6XXXXXXXX or contract number in the format X.XXXXXX to which the request refers

Name and last name of subscription owner

Identification of subscription owner enter the last three digits of your personal ID

Method of delivery of responses *choose the way you want to get the answer

*responses sent to Email will be encrypted, and the unlock code will be sent via SMS to the phone number the inquiry relates to or to your other active phone number in the Yettel network;
*responses for internet numbers and numbers that are not active are sent to the postal address, if you do not have an active number for calls in the Yettel network;
