On this page, you can check the current condition of your phone, which has been handed over to an authorized service center for repair. You can check the status regardless of whether the phone was delivered to an authorized service center or a Yettel store. In the form below, you need to enter the IMEI of your phone (below is a description of how to find it) and choose the manufacturer from the drop-down list.

IMEI is the identification number of each phone and is unique for each phone (or motherboard if it has been changed on the phone).
This information can be found on each main board of the phone (under the battery), on the phone box, GSM contract (if the phone was purchased with a contract). Also, the IMEI should be written on the warranty card, fiscal invoice and on the confirmation that the phone was left for servicing.
