Prepaid roaming


 

Prepaid users may use the roaming services provided that they have sufficient money in their account. Therefore, we advise prepaid users to add to their account a sum that would cover their planned expenditure in advance of their travel.


Due to technical limitations, prepaid users are not allowed to make direct calls from all networks in which they can use roaming services - List of the countries and networks allowing for direct calls.

Roaming charges for prepaid users are done in real time, so the usual way of checking the balance of the remaining funds on the account (*131*1#) will show the real balance even when you are roaming.

  • Outgoing voice and video calls initiated by direct dialing (CAMEL) are charged per call minute (60+60);
  • The connection fee for all outgoing calls is 9.9 dinars, except in the Western Balkans and Greece, where no connection fee is charged.
  • Outgoing video calls for prepaid users are possible in networks where direct calling is allowed (for example +38163xxxxxx) and where Yettel has concluded a 3G roaming contract (for example, it is the One network from Montenegro).
  • Incoming calls are charged per second;
  • Data transfer is charged by the initial rounding up to 5 KB, while it is then rounded up to 100 KB (according to the formula 5 + 100 KB).
  • MMS is charged 16.50 dinars fixed per message to users in Serbia, or 34.90 dinars to foreign networks, plus GPRS traffic according to the price list for the given zone;

Additional information about Roaming add-ons

  • These add-ons are valid only in terrestrial GSM networks, they are not valid in the networks of satellite operators that provide their services on ships and in airplanes (MCP, EPIC, and Aeromobile).
  • It is possible to activate several of the same roaming tariff add-ons simultaneously. Traffic is accumulating.
  • Regardless of the method of activation of the add-on, the user needs to wait for an SMS message confirming the successful activation of the add-on, and only after that can he use traffic from the add-on
  • If the user uses the entire internet traffic quota before the add-on expires, further internet usage will be disabled until the add-on expires.
  • The user can reactivate the add-on as desired by one of the above methods.
  • If the user deactivates the add-on, the traffic will be charged according to the roaming tariff that is active on the user's number, or, if there is another roaming add-on active on the number that is valid in the country where the user is located, the traffic from that add-on will be consumed.
