A postpaid user of the Telenor mobile network may activate the promotion “Telenor Porodica” (Telenor Family) on his subscriber number, if summarily fulfilling the below conditions:
A natural person with an active, postpaid number in one of the packages:
- Prenesi+ XS, Prenesi+ S, Prenesi+ M
- Play+ 20, Play+ 30, Play+ 40
- Prenesi Start, Basic, Standard, Extra, Pro, S, M, L, XL, XXL,
- Play+ 1, 2, 3, Solo, Duo, Trio
- Prenesi Play+ S, M, L, XL, XXL
- Prenesi i Surfuj Start, Basic, Standard, Extra, Pro, S, M, L, XL, XXL
- Prenesi i Surfuj+ S, M, L, XL, XXL
- Prenesi i Dopuni, Prenesi Kredit
- Premium, Premium+
- Persons with disability, Persons with disability 2
That the user does not have an active promotion ensuring discount to the monthly subscription for 12 or 24 months, except in the case of a promotion offering 20% discount on the monthly subscription on the subscriber number on which he/she wishes to activate the promotion.
“Telenor Porodica“ promotion does not require a contractual obligation nor is it time limited. The user will be able to use it for as long as he/she fulfills the conditions of the promotion.
“Telenor Porodica“ promotion may be activated by the user although he/she has an active contractual obligation on his/her number based on the purchase of a device. The members of the “Telenor Porodica“ group have the possibility of purchase of a telephone with the tariff package or in installments via Telenor bank in line with the current Telenor regulations related to the purchase of devices.
Description of the promotion “Telenor Family“
Postpaid users who fulfill theconditions for activation of the “TelenorPorodica“ promotion have the possibility to activate and create the “Telenor Porodica“ group consisting of 3,4 or 5 members and obtain the below benefits on their subscriber number as wellas on the subscriber numbers that are part of the group as follows:
- 30%, 40% or 50% of additional trafficfrom the package (MB, text messages and minutes to all the networks in thenational traffic) depending on the number of members in the “Telenor Porodica“group (3, 4 or 5).
- Unlimited calls and text messages innational traffic between the members of the “Telenor Porodica“ group withoutcharges and spending the traffic from the tariff groups.
- The possibility of transfer of unspent additional internet traffic and unspent internet traffic from tariff package among the members of the “Telenor Porodica“ group. Internet can be shared between Telenor Family members in the time period alowed by terms and conditions of the tariff package.
The fee for use of the “Telenor Porodica“ promotion is RSD 150/month (VAT included) for each subscriber number – member of the “Telenor Porodica“ group. The fee will be shown on the bill for the services rendered at each of the subscriber numbers. The fee is charged from the moment of joining the group for as long as the subscriber number is a member of the “Telenor Porodica“ group. The fee for use is done in the full amount irrespective of the date in a month when the activation/deactivation of the “Telenor Porodica“ group was initiated.
Rules for using „Telenor Family“ promotion
- Additional traffic is allocated depending on the number of members in the “Telenor Porodica“ group at a monthly level: 30%, 40%, 50% more minutes, text messages and megabytes in national traffic for 3, 4 or 5 connected members in the “Telenor Porodica“. (E.g.: 3 subscriber numbers in the group 30% more minutes, text messages and megabytes from the tariff package, 4 subscriber numbers in the group 40% % more minutes, text messages and megabytes from the tariff package, 5 subscriber numbers in the group 50% % more minutes, text messages and megabytes from the tariff package).
- 30%, 40% or 50% more minutes refers to the number of minutes to all the networks in the national traffic that a subscriber has within the tariff package. The promotion “Telenor Porodica“ does not increase the number of minutes in the Telenor network available after the minutes spent to all the networks from the postpaid package.
- 30%, 40% or 50% more messages refers to text messages in the national traffic available within the postpaid package.
- 30%, 40% or 50% more megabytes refers to Internet in the national traffic available within the postpaid package.
- Conversations and exchange of text messages in the national traffic among the members of the “Telenor Porodica“ group are not charged and are unlimited.
- Additional Internet traffic that the user obtains by activating the promotion ”Telenor Porodica“ (30%,40%,50% more megabytes from the tariff package he/she is using) may be sent to any member of the subscriber’s “Telenor Porodica“ group at no additional charge. Exchange of unspent Internet traffic may be effected in quantities divisible by 50 (50, 100, 150, 200 MB, etc.). The minimum quantity of MBs for transfer is 50 MB. The basic Internet traffic from the tariff package cannot be sent to the other members of the “Telenor Porodica“ group.
- Additional traffic (minutes, text messages, megabytes) obtained by joining the “Telenor Porodica“ group as well as Internet traffic obtained through transfer from one number to another in the group is valid until the end of the month in which the they were allocated /transferred and shall not be transferrable into the following month.
- The benefits of the “Telenor Porodica“ promotion are ascribed to the user at a moment of creation of the “Telenor Porodica“ group. The user shall obtain the additional quantity of traffic (minutes, text messages and megabytes in the national traffic) in full, at a moment of activation of the promotion irrespective of the date in the month of activation thereof.
- At the moment of deactivation of the “Telenor Porodica“ promotion, the benefits from the promotion shall be available until the last day of the month of deactivation thereof.
- In case the user has a registered ban on outgoing traffic or any form of suspension on the number on which the promotion has been activated, he/she will not be able to use additional traffic from the promotion from the number on which such ban or suspension have been registered.
- When changing the tariff package on the subscriber number with an active promotion, the additional traffic from the promotion “Telenor porodica” is not changed in the month of change of the tariff package. Starting from the following month from the day of change of the tariff package, the user shall be allocated additional traffic (minutes, text messages and megabytes) in accordance with the new tariff package.
The exchange of traffic between the numbers that are part of the same “Telenor Porodica“ group may be effected by:
- “Moj Telenor” app,
- “Moj Telenor” portal,
- Text message (SMS).
