Why do we need your consent?
Yettel processes your personal data on the basis of your consent pursuant to Article 12 paragraph 1, item 1) of the Law on Personal Data Protection for the following purposes:
In order for us to be able to share your user data with Yettel Bank for the purpose of creating and delivering an appropriate offer of banking services tailored to your needs, it is necessary that we have your consent.
Yettel will share with Yettel Bank personal data collected directly from you, including data collected automatically through the use of Yettel services, namely: identification and contact data, subscriber number, traffic data, customer contract data (contractual obligations, tariff package, data on activated add-ons), payment data, data on customer behavior (data on calls to the Call Center, numbers dialed), and the device in use. By analyzing the personal data provided by Yettel, Yettel Bank is able to prepare and communicate to you and other Yettel service users an appropriate offer of banking services that it determines to be aligned with your needs. The processing of personal data for these purposes implies automated processing that includes profiling, which can lead to inaccurate forecasts and estimates, and the consequence for you is reflected in our potential failure to send you an offer, or send you an offer that does not match your user habits. The data processed on the basis of your consent will be retained by Yettel in accordance with statutory deadlines, or until the withdrawal of consent.

What are your rights regarding the processing of personal data?
You can exercise the following rights with regard to personal data processing performed by Yettel based on your consent: the right of access, the right to rectification and supplementation, in certain cases the right to erasure and the right to limit processing, the right to object and the right to data portability. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection at any time if you believe that the processing of your personal data is not in compliance with the Law on Personal Data Protection.
Withdrawal of consent
Giving your consent for the previously explained purpose is not a legal or contractual obligation, nor is it a precondition for entry into any contractual relationship with Yettel. Providing consent is voluntary and you may withdraw it at any time, free of charge, by submitting a written withdrawal at Yettel branches or through the partner network, via the Yettel mobile application, or by SMS. Withdrawal of consent does not have any harmful consequences for you and does not affect the admissibility of the processing performed before the withdrawal.
