Code of Conduct

As part of e& PPF Telecom Group, Yettel is committed to conducting its business in an ethical, lawful, and responsible manner, while upholding the highest standards of integrity across all jurisdictions in which we operate. Yettel rigorously adheres to applicable laws, international treaties, ethical standards, and principles of fair trade.

These fundamental obligations, which are binding on both Yettel and its employees, are firmly established in the Yettel Code of Conduct. Yettel is committed to ensuring compliance with the Code of Conduct in every aspect of its operations and under all circumstances, thereby upholding the company's core principles, values, and rules at all times.

Corporate Compliance Program

Yettel's Corporate Compliance Program is a local framework of policies, procedures, and controls designed to ensure that Yettel, its employees, executives, board members, and other relevant stakeholders comply with all applicable laws, regulations, industry standards, and internal ethical policies.

Whistleblower Channels

The whistleblower channels form part of Yettel's Corporate Compliance Program and, accordingly, the e& PPF Telecom Group compliance framework. They have been established as one of the mechanisms for detecting unethical, improper, unlawful, or otherwise inconsistent conduct with the Yettel Code of Conduct.

Individuals who witness or suspect a potential violation may report their concerns through any of the following channels:

• The Whistleblower web form available below;
• The local Ethics and Compliance Area at compliance@yettel.rs;
• By post to 90 Omladinskih brigada Street, Belgrade – New Belgrade, with a note that the shipment should be treated as "Confidential" and delivered directly to the Ethics and Compliance Officer;
• Other local whistleblowing channels (for local employees only) available under the internal framework;
• Other whistleblowing channels available on the e& PPF Telecom Group website.

Information on the outcome of your notification

Notifications may be submitted anonymously or together with contact details. Where contact details are provided, Yettel endeavours to inform the notifier about the outcome of the investigation to the extent reasonably practicable, taking into account that certain details may be restricted by applicable confidentiality, privacy, and data protection requirements.

For anonymous submissions, information regarding the outcome of the investigation may be subject to limitations, including restrictions on the level of detail provided or the ability to communicate with the whistleblower.

Privacy Policy and other rules relating to notifications

The complainant acknowledges that Yettel d.o.o. Beograd, company registration number 20147229, with its registered office at Omladinskih brigada 90, Belgrade – New Belgrade, Republic of Serbia ("Yettel"), acting as the data controller, processes the personal data contained in the notification, as well as any personal data collected during the assessment and investigation of the reported concern.

Such processing is carried out for the purpose of identifying and investigating potential violations of the Yettel Code of Conduct, including applicable laws and regulations, international treaties, internal policies, and other forms of misconduct, as well as for taking appropriate corrective measures.

The legal basis for the processing of personal data is compliance with legal obligations applicable to Yettel pursuant to Article 12, Paragraph 1, Item 3 of the Serbian Law on Personal Data Protection, including obligations arising from the Law on the Protection of Whistleblowers and other applicable regulations. Processing may also be based on Yettel's legitimate interests in preventing, detecting, and investigating unethical, improper, unlawful, or other conduct inconsistent with the Yettel Code of Conduct, as well as in protecting its business, assets, and reputation, pursuant to Article 12, Paragraph 1, Item 6 of the Serbian Law on Personal Data Protection.

Where processing is based on Yettel's legitimate interests, the complainant has the right to object to such processing in accordance with the Serbian Law on Personal Data Protection.

The complainant acknowledges that the notification procedure is not intended to be used in bad faith or for resolving personal disputes. Any person who knowingly submits misleading, inaccurate, false, or incomplete information may be held liable in accordance with applicable laws.
