EXHIBITION OF CONTEMPORARY ART FROM THE YETTEL COLLECTION OPENS AT SAŠA MARČETA FOUNDATION
Exhibition of Contemporary Art from the Yettel Collection Opens at Saša Marčeta Foundation
Belgrade, 19 October 2026 – An exhibition of contemporary art from the Yettel Collection, featuring 35 works by Serbian artists, officially opened on Thursday, 15 October, at the Saša Marčeta Foundation. The exhibited works include „Untitled“ by Aleksandar Dimitrijević, „Yugomuzej – Panorama“ by Mrđan Bajić, „Bad Behaviour“ by Biljana Đurđević, „Girl of Vidov day“ by Čedomir Vasić, „Bridge“ by Goran Dragaš, „English Summer“ by Saša Marković Mikrob, and „Rolling Skies II“ by Mileta Prodanović, among many others.
Curated by Saša Janjić, the Yettel Collection has been growing steadily since 2007 and now comprises more than 250 works of art. It brings together contemporary artistic expression and the company’s long-term commitment to culture. Alongside works by established Serbian artists, the collection continues to expand with pieces by emerging artists, helping preserve and promote Serbia’s cultural heritage while providing new generations of artists with opportunities to showcase their work.
The collection has recently been enriched with three new works: „Bodies Tumbled into Bodies“ by Anđela Kopanja, „Ilyad“ by Sonja Lundin, and „Ground“ by Kaja Đoković. The works were created during a seven-day artist residency organised in September by Independent Art Republic (IAR), with the support of the Yettel Foundation. The residency brought together visual artists from across the region, offering them space to create, exchange experiences and develop their artistic practices. By adding these works to the collection, Yettel continues to support emerging artistic voices bringing fresh perspectives to Serbia’s contemporary art scene.
Through partnerships with organisations that support contemporary art, Yettel seeks to enrich cultural life and connect artists with audiences.
The Yettel Collection exhibition is open to visitors until 29 October, daily from 12 a.m. (noon) to 8 p.m. at the Saša Marčeta Foundation, Braće Jugovića 16, Belgrade. Admission is free.
