Belgrade, February 13: Yesterday, e& PPF Telecom Group, the owner of Yettel in Serbia, announced acquisition of SBB, which has more than 700,000 active customers in Serbia.  It creates the opportunity for the Group to generate significant operational synergies and provide new and improved service portfolio for its customers. 

"Once all legal conditions are in place, we will have both Arena sport and Sportklub channels in our offer for both Yettel and SBB customers. Not only sports, but also news and entertainment", said Mike Michel, CEO of Yettel in Srbia. This is good news especially for all sport fans in Serbia as it unites all sports coverage for the nation.

Immediately post transaction, nothing changes neither for Yettel nor SBB customers. SBB customers will continue to watch all the existing content via EON TV platform, and there are no changes in tariff plans or fixed services offer for Yettel customers.

 

SBB acquisition by e&PPF Telecom Group is the first acquisition since the Group was established. Next step is regulatory approval, which will open the opportunity to combine SBB and Yettel mobile and fixed services.
