Little explorers discovering the pictogram language

Belgrade, December 8, 2025 - Yettel, in cooperation with Piktoknjiga, organized a creative workshop to mark the publication of the book “Tom Sawyer Paints the Fence.” The event brought together children of Yettel employees, aged 4 to 9, and turned familiar symbols into a fun adventure.

Yettel’s offices were filled with laughter, colors, and signs, as the little ones had the chance to discover through play how much a single look, gesture, or symbol can say without a single spoken word.

Through short get-to-know-you games, the children first explored how attention, facial expressions, and body movements can send a clear message. In the creative part of the workshop, each participant was tasked with inventing and drawing their own pictogram, a symbol representing an emotion, a message, or an everyday situation.

In a simple and engaging way, the workshop encouraged empathy, concentration, and creative expression among children, while also highlighting the importance of accessible communication for everyone.
