Yettel has prepared the "Yettel Shopping" platform for its postpaid, prepaid, and business users, which provides the best offers and great discounts from our partners!
- "Yettel Shopping" within the "Yettel" application allows users of that application access to advertising campaigns, advertisements for goods, services, and other promotional sales.
- Through "Yettel Shopping", Yettel also makes its advertising activities available.
- Access to the platform can be gained by any natural or legal person who uses the internet on their mobile device, has installed the "Yettel" application, and has agreed to the Terms of Use.
- The user of the "Yettel Shopping" advertising panel can be any Yettel prepaid or postpaid private or business user (except for those users who use packages specifically marked on this page), as well as a person who uses mobile telephony services from another operator.
- A prepaid Yettel mobile network user will not have access if more than 90 days have passed since their last top-up.
- When accessing "Yettel Shopping", the user is required to register, unless they have already registered when using the Yettel application.
- Within “Yettel Shopping”, there are appropriate coupons available through which the user can exercise the right to various offers of goods or services, or discounts from Yettel partners. In order for the user to exercise the right to an offer or discount, it is necessary to download the code from the ad in which he is interested by selecting the “Download code” field. The code can be an alphanumeric code, a barcode, or a QR code.
- Which goods, services, or benefits the code applies to, and other terms and conditions of use of the downloaded code (e.g., validity period and location of code redemption) have been previously determined by the partner and are available to the user within the ad itself in the "Terms of Use" section.
- When the validity period of the downloaded code expires, the user can no longer use it, and the ad is deleted from the ad panel.
- The user can check the validity of the downloaded code in the "Coupons" section.
- In the case of advertisements in which Yettel advertises its products and activities, Yettel determines the terms of use of the downloaded code.
- In certain cases, by selecting the appropriate field within the advertisement in which the user is interested, he will be directed to the partner's website, where he will be able to use the downloaded coupon. By accepting the Terms of Use, the user confirms that he is aware that directing to the partner's website may involve the use of internet traffic and therefore the consumption of available internet data from the package or top-up, i.e., add-on, etc., or, depending on the package, the pricing follows the official price list
- The partner bears all responsibility towards the user regarding the validity, correctness, or possibility of activation, or use of the downloaded coupon, and therefore Yettel does not bear any responsibility towards the user regarding these coupon properties. Hence, if the user has any request, remark, or complaint regarding the use of the coupon, it is necessary to directly contact the partner whose coupon he downloaded. - In advertisements in which Yettel advertises its products and activities, Yettel is responsible for the validity, correctness or possibility of activation, or use of the downloaded coupon.
- Yettel reserves the right to deny a user access to “Yettel Shopping” without prior notice if it deems that the user has abused access.
