e& PPF Telecom Group agrees 100% acquisition of Serbia Broadband (SBB)

e& PPF Telecom Group BV (“e& PPF Telecom”) today signed a binding agreement with United Group BV (“United Group”) to acquire - for a consideration of EUR 825 million (on a cash free, debt free basis) - 100% of SBB d.o.o. (“SBB”), a leading cable television and broadband internet service provider in Serbia with more than 700,000 active customers in the country.
