New Year promotion 2025

Terms of use:

An additional 100 GB of fast Internet:

• The additional internet traffic is valid for domestic usage with the selected tariff plan within the territory of the Republic of Serbia covered by the Yettel network. The promotion is activated and granted automatically upon acceptance, after which the user receives an SMS confirming that the service is active. The user will also be notified via SMS when the benefit expires, 12 months after activation.
• Double the internet traffic applies to the Yettel 30 and Yettel 100 packages, or while the additional 100 GB of fast Internet applies to Yettel Mobile M, Yettel Mobile L, and Yettel Mobile XL packages.
• After the promotional period (12 months) during which the additional internet traffic is provided, the user continues to use the internet according to the selected tariff package.
• In the event of contract termination before the end of the agreed subscription period, the subscriber is obliged to pay Yettel compensation for early termination in accordance with Article 11 of the General Terms and Conditions for the Provision and Use of Services in the Public Mobile Communication Network of Yettel d.o.o. Belgrade.
• The total remaining internet traffic can be checked via the Yettel app. The remaining internet traffic is displayed cumulatively for the internet traffic from the tariff plan and the additional internet traffic from this promotion during the validity period of the promotional internet traffic (12 months). Promotional internet traffic is used first, followed by the base package internet traffic. Unused additional internet traffic does not roll over to the next month.
• Information on the amount of internet traffic available in the Western Balkan countries can be checked in the Yettel app and is defined by the terms of the selected tariff plan. The additional internet traffic benefit from the New Year promotion is not available in the Western Balkan countries.

Additional terms of use:

The following terms relate to early contract termination, transfer of ownership, number deactivation, and similar matters:

• If a user signs a contract during the 2025 New Year promotion and subsequently makes an early payment of the device installment or buys out the contractual obligation, the New Year promotion benefit remains active until the end of the validity defined by the tariff package (12 months) or until the next annex is signed. The exact benefit, i.e., the additional amount of internet traffic, depends on the package associated with the annexed contract, in accordance with the rules stated above.
• Signing an annex to contracts concluded during the New Year promotion (with the above benefits) after its end (from January 31, 2026) results in the user losing the benefits obtained from the previous contract.
• A user who makes an early payment of the contractual obligation and signs a new contract (annex) without meeting the conditions stated above loses the additional internet traffic benefit.
• In the case of ownership transfer, the new owner retains the right to use the benefits obtained during the 2025 New Year promotion.
• If the number is reactivated within 60 days, the additional internet traffic benefit is automatically restored to the number until the end of the benefit period. The duration of the benefit is extended by the number of inactive days. If the reactivation occurs after 60 days, the additional internet traffic benefit is lost.
• In the event of a number change, the additional internet traffic benefit remains active and valid until the original promotion expiration date.
• By signing an annex under the New Year promotion, all previously active promotions and benefits cease to apply.
